I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Basingstoke. I have become very knowledgeable in many areas of recruitment in Basingstoke in addition to developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having held several branch manager roles in Basingstoke I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to embrace a new challenge in recruitment in Basingstoke. My key responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Basingstoke companies, as well as companies further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of positions in Basingstoke and recruitment in Basingstoke and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of my team. Our major focus is Basingstoke recruitment which I feel that I have aided by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to dramatically increase our Basingstoke business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to establish a relationship with Basingstoke Borough Council / Hampshire County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very efficiently.
