Join one of the UK's Best Workplaces in Tech 2026 and take your B2B sales career to the next level! We're looking for an ambitious B2B Account Manager to join our growing Systems Sales team.

Account management at Novatech is about far more than high-pressure sales. You'll be supported with leads, realistic targets and an experienced team. You'll focus on building long-term customer relationships, developing new business opportunities and driving account growth through consulting customers on our industry-leading IT infrastructure solutions and services.

Base salary and targets are negotiable, depending on experience. We reward success and overachievement, meaning your earning potential is in your hands. With an uncapped commission scheme, there's no limit to what you can achieve.

As a guide, starting salaries for mid-level account managers can range from £30,000 to £37,500 per annum with a minimum OTE of £50,000 - £62,000 per annum. However, for experienced sales professionals, both base salary and earning potential can be significantly higher.

What you'll be doing:

Working alongside customers, vendors, technical specialists and our wider internal team, you'll help organisations solve business challenges through technology solutions while identifying further opportunities for ongoing account growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing customer accounts to achieve/exceed sales, margin and growth targets.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution development through to negotiation, close and ongoing account growth.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and technology requirements.
  • Delivering customer presentations, proposals and commercial discussions that clearly demonstrate value.
  • Working with technical specialists and vendors to develop customer-focused solutions and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline, customer and forecasting information within the CRM system.
  • Conducting regular customer reviews and collaborating across internal teams to drive customer success and business growth.

What we need from you:

We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a successful track record in B2B account management, sales or business development. You'll be confident managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to closing deals and growing customer accounts, and have a proven history of achieving sales targets.

You'll be a strong communicator with a consultative approach, able to build trusted relationships, understand customer challenges and recommend value-driven solutions. Commercially aware, organised and self-motivated, you'll be comfortable managing multiple opportunities and priorities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate CRM, pipeline and forecasting information.

Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions would be advantageous, as would knowledge of vendors such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Microsoft or Nvidia. Most importantly, you'll bring energy, accountability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes and contributing to business growth.

A bit about the team:

Our Systems Sales team is packed with expertise, industry knowledge and strong customer relationships.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, which is why our Account Managers are supported by a dedicated sales support specialist and technical experts who help create solutions that deliver real value and exceed customer expectations.

They're a team that's passionate about success, focussed on growth and committed to building long-term customer partnerships. As we continue to grow as a business, we're excited to welcome ambitious new people into this team, who want to be part of that journey.
