We’re looking for a Casual Weekend Retail Sales Assistant to support our onsite and online retail outlets, working predominantly Sundays from 10am–4pm, with occasional opportunities for additional weekend hours during key events.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our retail spaces running smoothly, from delivering brilliant customer service to supporting sales activity and making sure the shop looks fantastic. You’ll also have the chance to get involved with our iconic events throughout the season, where no two days are the same.

• Creating an outstanding shopping experience in store and over the phone
• Supporting daily shop operations including cashing up, tills and float management
• Processing customer orders, returns and queries with accuracy
• Maintaining excellent visual standards and merchandising displays
• Ensuring stock is stored securely and assisting with stock takes and movements
• Keeping retail systems accurate and up to date
• Supporting the Retail Operations Manager and E‑Commerce Manager when required
• Taking pride in a clean, organised and welcoming shop environment

• Someone who brings positivity and enthusiasm to your work

• Previous retail experience, ideally in apparel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong merchandising and stock presentation standards
• Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
• A full clean driving licence and reliable transport
• To live within reasonable commuting distance of the Goodwood Estate
