Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Ticket Office team. You will liaise directly with our customers, responding to ticketing queries and resolving issues via email and occasionally by telephone. You’ll also support a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks in the lead-up to and during our headline events.

You’ll be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, super organised, and have exceptional attention to detail, all while thriving in a busy and varied environment.
