We’re looking for a passionate and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, deliver standout guest experiences, and shape a workplace culture where people truly thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Inspire and lead a high-performing team with energy, empathy, and pride
Curate memorable dining moments that reflect our farm-to-fork ethos and Goodwood values
Manage budgets, costs, and margins with a sharp eye for revenue opportunities
Develop and coach your team, nurturing talent and creating pathways for growth
Champion quality and innovation across food, drink, and customer service
Collaborate with chefs, suppliers, and the wider Estate to deliver excellence
