An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Kitchen Porter to join our team, as part of a new café concept.

The Goodwood Art Foundation, will showcase world class contemporary artists, their works set in a newly designed landscape by an award winning architect and a leading arts education programme designed by a world leading expert. The Foundation is a new not-for-profit organisation, located on the Goodwood Estate and is scheduled in open to the public in May 2025.

As our Kitchen Assistant you’ll be a vital part of our brigade keeping everything moving, during service, whilst keeping the  Kitchen equipment clean and tidy, which is key to the delivery of a first-class service. 

Your normal working days will be Wednesday to Sunday, there may be a requirement to work additional days or hours as necessary. The café will be closed in the evening, except for events.

What do you need to be successful?

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Certificates in Food Hygiene, COSHH, Manual Handling and some training in Health and Safety would be desirable but is not essential as training can be given.
