Reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager, an exciting opportunity for a Channel Marketing Specialist has arisen, responsible for increasing engagement with, and acquisition of, channel partners to award-winning enablement and incentive platforms.

What will the Channel Marketing Specialist be doing?

  • Managing the email automation platform which includes template creation & editing, testing & scheduling, reporting & analysis.
  • Developing the communication capabilities to also cover nurture and drip campaigns.
  • Helping maintain the partner portal and imaging rewards platform, ensuring all new products, promotions and assets are added within a timely manner, developing content and engagement tools to help drive engagement, explore more segmenting of content across EMEA regions.
  • Responsible for a seamless member sign up process to both platforms including member approval and activation, member queries and reporting.
  • Assist with the coordination of local level trade and end-user events, covering logistics, preshow activity, awareness with internal parties such as sales and PR where help is required, show support on the day where necessary and post show follow-up and reporting.
  • Manage syndication platforms and lead syndication placement for assigned geographies. Work with regional teams to maximise the use of syndicated content. Work with Marcoms to make sure applicable content is always available.
  • Work with key stake holders and regional teams to ensure data is cleansed to optimise campaigns and ensure integration between email platform and CRM.
  • Help execute on a local level marketing promotions, campaigns, and incentives. Support other regions where appropriate.

Which Essential Skills & Experience does the Channel Marketing Specialist need?

  • Experienced in Channel/Partner marketing, an understanding of the channel landscape and the operation of a two-tier Channel.
  • An understanding of and experience in developing and executing email campaigns.
  • Experience in updating mission critical websites.
  • An understanding of CRM systems (preferably
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and within an agency network.
  • Good copy writing skills.
