A dynamic software company in Godalming are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join a small team providing support on their bespoke system to business customers worldwide.
You will have previous experience in a customer facing role (helpdesk) providing 1st and 2nd line support to their large blue chip clients.
Joining a small team the role will involve speaking to customers with program support. This is mostly dealing with general queries on both the day to day use of the program as well as technical queries in the following areas:

When needed, the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work outside of standard office hours to deliver the right solution for an international customer base. Currently WFH and shift basis in the office due to Covid restrictions.
Salary depends on experience: circa £30k.
