Love great food, meeting people, and working in a busy, vibrant café environment?

We're looking for a Relief Café & Hospitality Assistant to join the team at the beautiful Aldingbourne Country Centre. Working weekends, bank holidays, and seasonal periods, you'll help deliver excellent customer service in our popular Quarry Café while supporting people with learning disabilities to develop skills and independence.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome and serve customers with a smile
  • Operate tills and handle daily takings
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
  • Support an inclusive and positive working environment

What we're looking for:

  • A friendly, customer-focused team player
  • Aged 17+
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Own transport due to our rural location

No experience? No problem—full training will be provided.
