I am working closely with my client, a reputable and respectable company based in Leatherhead, for the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a 12 month fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity, where my client will consider both full-time and 4 day per week options! Though it is initially a contract, the position MAY become permanent further down the line.

Reporting the Financial Controller, this role entails:

  • Processing of expenses
  • Inputting and processing of supplier invoices on the accountancy package
  • Supplier Reconciliations
  • Handling Remittance statements

The ideal candidate for this position WILL:

  • Be a dynamic individual, with strong communcation skills
  • Have strong all round Purchase Ledger skills/ experience (at least 1-2 years)
  • Have experience of handling high volume purchase ledger (circa 500 invoices monthly)
  • Be confident in liaising with stakeholders and key figures across a business (verbally and in a written sense)
  • Be available to start a new role on short notice (two weeks' notice max)
