RS Sailing, the world's largest small boat brand is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join their award winning team based in Romsey, Hampshire.

The role of the Operations Administrator is varied and requires a person who is highly organised, tenacious and above all, able to communicate effectively by telephone and email with our customers and across all departments of the business.

It's a bit of a cliche but no two days are ever the same when you work in operations however, If you like variety, are mentally dexterous, thrive under pressure and enjoy being part of a small team then this could be the job for you.

We can be flexible with working hours but ideally you would be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week, working a total of 25-30hrs per week.

Experience of SAGE 200 and knowledge of export procedures preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of the marine industry advantageous.
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to construct concise and polite emails is essential.
