Do you enjoying supporting sales and marketing teams? Have strong Excel for reporting and providing metrics? Do you have experience in partner enablement or working with partner portals?

This expanding global company in Basingstoke is seeking a Sales Enablement Executive, not only to support the direct sales team but to extend access of the sales enablement platform to global distribution partners and integrate the platform with Oracle Sales Cloud, the CRM system.

This role is an exciting, varied, hybrid role, as you will be also involved in reaching out to new and existing clients to research the market on new designs, innovation and products.

What will you be doing?

  • Increase efficiency and productivity of the sales force by ensuring the sales teams are using the new sales enablement platform where all product specifications, training, deliverables and sales tools are kept, supporting growth.
  • Day to day administration of the new sales enablement platform, by engaging with Regional Managers to ensure tools used, presentations etc. are maintained on the platform and able to be shared by all.
  • Extending access to our global distribution partners
  • Integration of the sales enablement platform with Oracle Sales Cloud, the CRM solution.
  • Uploading assets to the platform to enable sharing
  • Produce and edit short bite-size video clips to assist with high quality, professional sales training on key platform functionality to enable Sales.
  • Provide monthly reporting on key performance indicators to the Director of Global Marketing
  • Cross train on other key marketing solutions to provide critical cover for sickness and absence around intranet and external website platforms.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a sales and marketing environment
  • Previous experience of using sales enablement platforms e.g. SAVO sales enablement platform, or Seismic
  • Experience of Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Experience of Partner Enablement; supporting a Global Partner Programme and administering a Partner Portal or Extranet.
  • Marketing or Business Degree (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced working knowledge of Excel.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer).
  • Knowledge of TABLEAU or other business intelligence tools is desirable
  • An interest in or experience of image and video-editing (Creative Cloud) is desirable
