I am working closely with my client, a reputable and respectable company based in Leatherhead, for the recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a 12 month fixed-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity, where my client will consider both full-time and 4 day per week options! Though it is initially a contract, the position MAY become permanent further down the line.
Reporting the Financial Controller, this role entails:
- Processing of expenses
- Inputting and processing of supplier invoices on the accountancy package
- Supplier Reconciliations
- Handling Remittance statements
The ideal candidate for this position WILL:
- Be a dynamic individual, with strong communcation skills
- Have strong all round Purchase Ledger skills/ experience (at least 1-2 years)
- Have experience of handling high volume purchase ledger (circa 500 invoices monthly)
- Be confident in liaising with stakeholders and key figures across a business (verbally and in a written sense)
- Be available to start a new role on short notice (two weeks' notice max)
