A large independent accountancy practice in Godalming, Surrey, are looking to bring on an experienced Private Client Tax Advisor to join their busy Tax department.

Boasting a broad mix of clients; from property developers to partnerships, you'll be keen to take the leap into a versatile and busy team, reporting directly into the Senior Managers and Partners. You will be drawing on both your technical expertise and your interpersonal skills to be one step ahead of your clients, holding their concerns at the heart of everything you do.

You'll be:

• Responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients, cultivating relationships to accurately understand their needs
• Identifying opportunities for tax planning, including regards to estate planning, mitigation of inheritance tax and use of trusts
• Overseeing accurate monitoring of time incurred on work in relation to internal budgets, keeping the client partner informed
• Undertaking tax returns and other compliance tasks
• Working together with partners to accurately quote for new work

You'll already be;

• Ideally, CTA qualified
• Qualified ATT or part qualified CTA/ ACA/ ACCA
• Qualified by experience candidates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years personal tax
