We are a small family run business, based in Eastergate near Chichester, specialising in the food trade, delivering our products to local pubs and restaurants etc.
 
We are currently looking to recruit an Food Service Order Processor to listen to long voicemails containing our customer's orders placed the night before and to transcribe these into our system. 

You will will need to be computer literate, highly organised, accurate, able to work under own management, be focused and flexible.

You do not need sales experience (as you'll only be processing the voicemail orders) however you will need to be able to work out exactly which products our customers want by both listening to their voicemails carefully and also by cross referencing their previous orders on our system.

Requirements for the role:

• A good knowledge of food products would be an advantage
• Attention to detail is necessary as the orders are often complex
• Accurate and invoicing them onto our sage 50 accounts professional system

Full training given.
Non-smoker preferred as we are a food related business.

This position will require the candidate to be able to work anti-social hours. You will need your own transport to and from work due to the rural location of the business in Eastergate.

Hours will be: 35 hours per week. Early mornings (3:30 am - 10:30/11 am) 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday with 2 days off (Sundays plus one other day during the week).
