What are we looking for?

• Should be either ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
• Minimum 5 years practice experience
• At least 6 months experience in a Partner role or equivalent
• Strong all-rounded knowledge of accounts, tax and audit
• Good experience carrying out business development, networking and onboarding new clients
• Confident managing a team of staff
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Must be ambitious and personable
• Perhaps looking to move to a bigger firm for the next challenge in your career
