Team Manager – Bognor (37 hours)

Following internal restructuring we now have a team manager vacancy within our Bognor Social Care team. We are looking for an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist to take forward this team of Occupational Therapists and assistants as we work towards implementing a Strengths Based approach. You should thrive on challenges, be clear thinking and an expert problem solver. You should demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills. You should have experience of staff supervision and performance management and be keen to progress your management skills. Experience of working in Social Care is essential.

You will provide expert advice, support and management working alongside a proactive management group in the Independent Living service. We need a forward thinking Occupational Therapist who is committed to supporting the transformation of our services, who enjoys challenge and change and who will bring energy and drive to these initiatives. Occupational Therapy has a positive profile in the county council and there are significant opportunities to contribute to future developments.
