Currently looking to speak to late stage studiers or qualified Accountants in the Eastbourne area about an exciting new opportunity as Financial Controller within a growing organisation.

This successful business is going through a pivotal transitional period at the moment and investing heavily in promoting its brand, increasing operations, and ensuring they have the right staff in place for this next phase in the business plan. They are embarking on this new chapter from a healthy position and there is enthusiasm across the business for what the future might bring.

This is a newly created role to add to their growing finance team and will have responsibility for 1 direct report. More reports will likely be taken on in the not too distant future. It will report directly to a qualified Finance Director who has been with the business for several years.

This is a highly attractive opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded individual with good breadth of finance experience and strong Excel and leadership skills. SAP software experience would also be beneficial. They will join an established finance team and play a pivotal role in helping the business achieve its ambitions.
