Immediate start – 1 month hand over – covering paternity leave for 3 months minimum with an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate (Perm salary up to £26500 + pension, healthcare)

A fantastic opportunity for a German speaking person to join an expanding customer support desk in an expanding fun company in Guildford suburbs.

You need to live within a 10 mile radius and drive OR live in Woking / Guildford and be able to take the local bus.

This company provide a niche product on a global basis and need an additional German speaker to support customers in Germany and other countries: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, etc.

Working within the German team you will provide primarily telephone support to German speaking customers, logging calls and then translating issue into English for the developers to then resolve.

There is an opportunity to develop your knowledge of the system, your position could then evolve into a permanent role where you would be creating bespoke reports using SQL database query language and Report Building, writing and maintaining bespoke XML jobs, being able to provide demonstrations to customers and advanced features, attend trade shows and conferences, installations on site in Germany.

Experience:

• Fluent German is necessary
