Payroll Administrator - Bond Payrite or Star
Camberley, Surrey
Up to £28000 + parking and benefits
Great opportunity to join small expanding bureau firm in the Camberley area, where the staff are friendly, fun and you are valued as an employee. Managing a portfolio of clients the Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payrolls from start to finish using Bond Payrite.
Duties will include:
• Input/import payroll information into Bond Payrite,
• Processing your portfolio of UK clients' payroll,
• Working to strict deadlines.
• Preparing submissions to HMRC,
• Writing reports, journals
• Prepare BACS files,
• Manual payroll calculations when required,
• Updating system on time and number of payrolls for billing,
• Processing P11D,
• Resolving any client queries.
Key Essential Skills
• Knowledge of Bond Payrite or Star Payroll software
• Payroll experience – preferably in bureau although in-house considered
• Competent oral and written communication skills
