Accounts/Admin Assistant
Godalming
£16-18k + Benefits - 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 days

The successful candidate will be trained in, and eventually look after important departmental functions. Some experience in accounts and reconciliation work together with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Client Billing – ensuring that active clients are billed on a monthly basis.
- Direct Debit Collection – processing the set-up and management of client DD mandates
- Administration - control & reporting of CRM system
- Reconcile accounting client bank accounts - investigate anomalies and liaise with Credit Controller
- Monthly transfer of fees from client accounts
- Client Communications, queries, liaison
- Department filing & administration
- Involvement and contribution to departmental Projects
Essential Skills:
- Experience of cash administration & reconciliations
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Good experience in data entry
- Excellent communicator with a calm and patient outlook
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel and an ability to use complex bespoke systems
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IRIS software
