Our client in West Byfleet is a rapidly expanding travel company and they are looking for a PPC Manager. This is an ideal position for someone who has experience in creating leading strategies to drive growth and ROI across paid search and other paid digital media channels. Someone with drive to take responsibility for the execution of key strategies across our website.

Our client offers a competitive salary with a pension and 20 days holiday (rising to 25).

Main Duties:

Responsible for the performance of paid media marketing for the main B2C brand across all international markets (traffic, conversion, sales, net margin)
Agree performance targets with management for all paid digital channels
Responsible for the development and mentoring of a team of talented PPC specialists (currently 2 people)
Continually monitor, analyse, optimise and report paid media performance across markets
Work with our buying and commercial teams to expand the search universe, segments and keywords in all of our international markets
Experiment with and trial new paid media channels (video, facebook, retargeting etc.)
Keeping up-to-date with the changing search and digital marketing environment, technologies and developments and sharing the knowledge
Analysing the market and competitors, for growth and self-defence

Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in PPC marketing
Experience of planning and executing campaigns in display, video and retargeting
Background in mathematics, statistics or economics with ideally an MBA qualification
Experience in team management.
Detailed knowledge of Adwords, Yahoo! And Bing campaign management tools
Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Web site analytics
Detailed understanding of multi channel tracking and attribution tools and methodologies
Full understanding of paid search channels, techniques & indicators
Analytical skills and usage of market leading tools in order understand trends and performance
