2nd Line Support Analyst

Farnborough

Up to £25,000 plus benefits

An established Company is seeking to grow their IT support team with a 2nd Line Support Analyst.

Skills required:-

  • At least 2 years experience working within a 2nd line support role
  • Microsoft Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting – Windows 2008 and 2012 User, Groups and Service accounts
  • Microsoft Exchange Administration and troubleshooting
  • ITIL Foundation qualification
  • Demonstrable experience of installing, maintaining and support new applications
  • Microsoft SQL Server Administration
  • Mitel phone system administration
  • VM Ware

The duties will entail:-

  • Action, track and monitor calls within the incident management database to the point of closure
  • Liaise with external resource where necessary to resolve issues with third party applications
  • Ensure all calls are administered in accordance with the agreed SLAs
  • Monitor performance of all Company IT systems and services
  • Perform Administration, Security and troubleshooting of the company's infrastructure environment e.g Windows Active Directory, Exchange, Azure and other business applications
  • Work with the IT management team to identify and propose IT systems changes which will provide a better experience for internal and external customers of the company's IT systems
  • Assist in the deployment of new releases if IT systems and software in order to meet the level of service and user experience required by the customer
  • All ad hoc support duties
