National Account Sales Coordinator

Woking

£23k - £25k D.O.E + Benefits

Due to expansion a global manufacturer with worldwide brand presence are now looking for a National Account Sales Coordinator to support the Operations Manager and team.

Job Role

  • Order Management
  • Review daily orders received
  • Review stock shortages
  • Review shipping schedule / Microsoft Dynamics AX for next availability
  • Advise customer of shortage & agree action plan
  • Delay line / order: advise order entry of timing to re-run order
  • Cancel line / order: advise order entry of cancellation
  • Update customer specific order trackers
  • Assist with the booking / re-booking of deliveries where requested
  • Assist with the loading of orders where requested
  • Liaise with customers where required regarding the status of orders & deliveries
  • Customer invoicing

Stock Management

  • Complete weekly / monthly stock availability reports
  • Track contracted volumes vs. purchases where agreements are in place
  • Attend regular forecast review meetings in conjunction with Account Managers
  • Update & maintain the promotional tracker
  • Assist Operations Manager in the prioritising of incoming deliveries to meet customer expectations
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to ensure PO's are placed in conjunction with customer specific requirements

Pricing

  • Load all new contract pricing as received
  • Print contract pricing on a quarterly basis for review & confirmation by Account Manager
  • Maintain pricing paper trail for audit purposes

Customer profiles

  • Load all new products & promotions to the customer profiles
  • Remove discontinued / delisted lines
  • Update customer specific requirements, such as labeling, as and when required
  • Adapt each profile to reflect account requirements

Monthly Sales Stats

  • Update monthly invoiced volume / value sales by customer across the national account portfolio

New Line Forms

  • Complete all customer new line forms as requested
  • Key selling features
  • Product weights / measurements
  • Pricing
  • Samples & images

Sales out analysis

  • Maintain all customer specific sales out trackers on a weekly / monthly basis
  • Review monthly / quarterly / annual performances & highlight variances to account

manager

  • Monitor sell out on all new lines / promotions & communicate to the business as requested
  • Support to Operations Manager as required

Skills

  • 2 years experience in similar position
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment
  • Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods
  • Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
