We are a friendly local Health & Social Care Agency that can provide full and part time shifts for Care Assistants, Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants on an on-going basis. We can provide flexible shifts that can fit around your current lifestyle with great rates of pay!

No experience is necessary, but you must possess a strong desire to enhance the lives of vulnerable people in a Health & Social Care setting.

Day and night shifts are available in Residential and Nursing homes supporting various client groups depending on your experience and preferences. The shifts we can offer will be located in Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Petersfield, Havant, Hayling Island, Emsworth and surrounding areas. Shifts will be offered to you within your preferred areas of work.

You will need to have gained at least a year's previous working experience in the UK (within the last 3 years) of supporting various client groups within the Health and Social Care Sector and to have completed a relevant induction programme. OR a good attitude and a willingness to learn the profession.
