Have you accumulated good experience within Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment?

We're seeking a Senior Manager, working within a QA Department to lead, manage and develop the team and continually drive processes and efficiencies forwards. This role will be to lead the QA Lab team, tackling escalated quality issues, ensuring compliance to industry standards and as a manager ensuring strong internal and external relationships are maintained and continually strengthened.

So who are the company? They are a globally recognised FMCG manufacturer and as such seek a Quality Manager from a manufacturing background with great cross functional communication skills.

What do I need? Ideally a scientific degree, sufficient relating QA experience within manufacturing and as the company are FDA compliant a candidate with experience working to FDA standards would be preferred.

As a managing professional they naturally seek candidates with proven leadership, strategic and strong communication skills. Manufacturing experience is an absolute must and having worked within a quality discipline you'll be experienced with problem solving methodologies and statistical analysis.
