An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working with young people to support the personal and educational development of specific students, as part of the intervention support team at Mill Chase Academy. 

In supporting the teaching and learning in the classroom you will have the ability to inspire confidence and trust making a positive contribution to the students' development, including their social and emotional well-being. With a general awareness of the current Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice you will have experience of establishing positive working relationships which encourages, supports and enables student progress.
