Our client a leading law firm based in Surrey require an Accountant for a newly created position. In the role of Accountant you will act a bridge between the cashiering team and the Finance Business Partner.
Duties of the role will include
Assisting with the monthly management accounts and forecasting including budget setting
Producing WIP valuations
Producing draft annual accounts
Providing financial analysis to fee earners and the Finance Business Partner
Running the Purchase ledger
Assisting cashiers with bank reconciliations
Ensuring full compliance across the finance department.
Successful applicants will need to be familiar with SAR's, have strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication skills and strong IT skills.
